Episodic Migraine

Migraines are a common type of headache that are characterized by an intense throbbing or pulsing in one area of the head and are commonly accompanied by nausea, vomiting, or extreme sensitivity to light and sound.

For some sufferers, migraines are preceded or accompanied by auras, flashes of light or blind spots. Migraines typically last between four and 72 hours.

Some people may experience episodic migraines, which is defined as less than 15 headache days per month; while others may experience chronic migraines, which is defined as more than 15 headache days per month.

Albuquerque Clinical Trials is conducting several migraine trials for both episodic and chronic migraines. Each study has different enrollment criteria. Please contact us for more details on our PARTICIPANT SIGN UP FORM and a member of our team will contact you.

Qualified participants will receive all study medication and study-related care from a dedicated team of medical staff at no cost. Health insurance is not required to participate. Compensation for time and travel is available.
