Celiac Disease

The only current management option for Celiac Disease is life-long strict adherence to a diet that totally excludes gluten. Unfortunately, there is a clear gap between the efficacy of the gluten-free diet under ideal conditions and the effectiveness in day-to-day “real life” practice with the chances for cross-contamination.
We are currently looking for volunteers to participate in a 24-week Celiac Disease study. This study consists of 8 visits. If you have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease, are actively experiencing symptoms, and have been on a gluten-free diet for at least 6 months, you may qualify.
